Policies
1. Deposit and Registration Policy – Deposits are due at registration. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You will not be considered registered until you sign up through the website, have the deposit paid, and have received a confirmation email. As soon as you know you are going, please register and pay the deposit. This will reserve your place on the tour.
2. Forms of Payment – We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
3. Late-minute Registration – Check with us to learn if there is still space even though deadlines have passed.
4. Cancellations/Refunds – If, in the unfortunate case you (the passenger) need to cancel your tour, the following refund parameters apply:
Cancellation Before the “Final Payment Due Date” – If you need to cancel before the “Final Payment Due Date”, you will receive a full refund for all you have paid. Notify your card company for a refund from them. If you pay by check, money order, or cashier’s check, a check for a full refund will be mailed to you after your cancellation within 7 to 10 business days.
Cancellation After “Full Payment Due Date” – If you need to cancel after the “Full Payment Due Date”, there will be no refund.
Travel Insurance – We highly recommend that you purchase travel/cancellation insurance. If you cancel before or after the “Final Payment Due Date” and you have purchased travel insurance, report to that company and you will receive a refund and/or benefits according to the rules, parameters, and benefits of the insurance company’s policy you purchased. See our suggestion of a trusted agent that we recommend here on this website under “Travel Insurance”.
